Coworking Spaces in Paphos: A Practical Guide for Remote Workers

Jun 8, 2026

Paphos, on the south-west coast of Cyprus, has grown into a practical base for remote workers and digital nomads. A mild climate, an established international community and the country's dedicated digital nomad visa have all helped. If you are planning to work from the city for a few days or a few months, here are coworking spaces that are open, verifiable and worth knowing about.

Hügge Coworking

Based on Gladstonos in central Paphos, Hügge is the city's best-known coworking hub and a regular fixture on nomad shortlists for Cyprus. It spans two buildings with roughly 175 open desks between them, alongside private offices, a quiet room, meeting rooms and a presentation room. Facilities include a rooftop terrace with sea views, an on-site café, a gym and a community garden. Members get 24/7 access, unlimited coffee, tea and water, free printing and access to community activities such as sunset yoga and workshops. Published rates start at around €15 for a day pass and run from about €95 to €195 per month depending on whether you want a flexible or fixed desk. Reception is staffed on weekday mornings.

BO.KA Workspace

BO.KA is a newer premium space at Neophytou Nikolaidi 17, in central Paphos close to the Government Buildings and within easy reach of banks, transport links and professional services. It offers open desks, fully furnished private offices, a bookable meeting room and lounge, and a podcast studio, with 24/7 member access and free parking. It positions itself as a business hub as much as a drop-in workspace, and can help with company set-up. Contact BO.KA directly for current membership rates.

Zorya Coworking

For a seafront setting, Zorya sits in Kissonerga, just north of Paphos, a short bus ride or drive from the centre. The space has a relaxed, boho feel and is set close to the coast, with beachside walks nearby. Facilities include a phone booth, a focus room, a chillout lounge, free printing and an on-site café offering a member discount. High-speed internet is included with all plans. Rates start from around €15 a day and about €185 per month for flexible membership, with dedicated desks and private offices available.

Meraki Market Café, Chloraka

If you prefer a café setting to a formal office, Meraki Market Café in Chloraka, just outside Paphos, runs a coworking area within its plant-forward café. It suits casual daytime work over good coffee and food, and can be booked for talks, seminars and meetings in the evenings. It is a lighter-touch option than a dedicated membership space, best for shorter stints.

The Cyprus digital nomad visa

Cyprus operates a digital nomad residence scheme for non-EU/EEA nationals who work remotely for employers or clients based outside the country. The core requirement is a secured net monthly income of at least €3,500, rising by 20% for a spouse or partner and 15% per child. Permits are issued for one year and can be renewed for a further two, for a maximum of three years. The scheme is capped: an initial limit of 500 places set in 2022 was later expanded, and applicants should check the current quota and rules before applying. Working for Cypriot companies or clients under this permit is not allowed.

Choosing a space

Your best fit depends on how you work. Hügge is the safest all-rounder for community, facilities and long stays; BO.KA suits those who want a professional, central base or company support; Zorya rewards anyone who wants to be by the sea; and Meraki works for casual, café-style days. Larger corporate options also exist in the city, including the Beon business centre. Whichever you choose, book a trial day or tour first to test the internet, seating and atmosphere before committing to a monthly plan.
